WARREN, MI — The City of Warren is kicking off its highly anticipated summer tradition, transforming the city center into a bustling hub of live music and community celebration. Presented by the Warren Cultural Commission, the "Concerts at the Square" Summer 2026 series will feature 15 free outdoor performances starting June 3 through August 26, 2026.


Music lovers are invited to grab their lawn chairs or blankets and gather at Warren City Square, located in front of Warren City Hall. To make the event highly accessible to the regional community, organizers are providing free parking for all attendees.



Event Venue & Weekly Schedule


All performances begin promptly at 7:00 PM at One City Square, situated just east of Van Dyke Avenue and north of 12 Mile Road. The comprehensive 2026 lineup spans rock, pop, soul, funk, and patriotic marches:


  • June 3: Under Pressure (Rock)

  • June 10: Slick Jimmy Band (80s Rock)

  • June 17: 9D Proof (90s)

  • June 24: The Sound Alternative (Top 40)

  • July 15: Mainstream Drive (Top 40)

  • July 17 (Friday): Raputa (J. Geils Tribute Band)

  • July 22: Chris Canas Band (Blues/Funk/Soul)

  • July 29: The Sax Maniacs (Soul/Funk/Motown)

  • July 31 (Friday): Weekend ComeBack (Top 40)

  • August 5: Detroit Speedwagon (REO Speedwagon Tribute)

  • August 7 (Friday): The MIXX Band (Top 40)

  • August 9 (Sunday): The Detroit Social Club (Blues, Motown & more)

  • August 19: Warren Concert Band (Marches/Patriotic)

  • August 23 (Sunday): BaNd Company (A Bad Company Tribute Band)

  • August 26 (Sunday): Teddy Petty & the Refugees (Tom Petty Tribute/Rock)
